We’re in it, Babes. It’s officially winter. First priority: STAY WARM. Second priority: look cute doing it. We’re adults now, we can’t be going out at night without coats and jackets like we did in college. I still don’t know why that was a thing… how/why did we do that?!
ANYWAYS, there’s a misconception that in order to brave the cold, you need to invest in pricy, shapeless pieces (i.e. the newest North Face, Canada Goose, etc.). Those brands are incredible, and certainly get the job done, but I’ll let you in on a secret. There are budget-friendly options out there that are still just as functional, and in my opinion, far more chic + flattering. You can be warm and still look fabulous showing off your great figure. Here are my favorite pieces of the season, all under $75! Let’s go shopping, girl!
Parkas, Teddy Coats, and Sherpa Lined Jackets
Stay bundled all winter with these pieces (all under $75)! I’ve been wearing the H&M Pile-Lined Parka for about a month now, and am so impressed with it’s warmth and quality. I also love that it’s tapered at the waist. At $60 it was a total steal. It also comes in a ton of different color options. If you don’t need a parka – those of you lucky enough to live in warmer climates – these sherpa lined jackets are perfect!
Note: Someone please buy the Marc New York Metallic Puffer (it’s on sale at Nordstrom and I’m obsessed)!
Blanket scarves are awesome (regular scarves too) because even when you have to take your jacket off, you get to keep a little something warm on. Currently loving color blocking, stripes, plaids, and of course, the chunkiest knits available.
Hats + Earmuffs
Who doesn’t love a good pom pom hat? Nobody. That’s who. I basically live in these all season, but you know what, I’m here to shake things up… let’s make earmuffs a thing again! They’re so cute + cozy, and won’t mess up your hair. All of these finds are under $50 (a majority being under $20)!
That’s all for now! Feel free to DM me if you have any questions about sizing, or need help finding something! Happy shopping, Babes!
